About the role
Help Nimbyl translate transaction evidence, counterparty context, documents and trade activity into information that financing and risk teams can actually use.
You should understand both how physical trade operates and how lenders evaluate and monitor transactions.
This role will help shape Nimbyl’s longer-term trade-finance and risk intelligence capabilities.
What you’ll work on
- Map underwriting workflows across banks, NBFCs, fintech lenders and trade-finance providers.
- Understand what information lenders need at different stages of a transaction.
- Identify underwriting evidence gaps and verification pain points.
- Define useful counterparty, transaction and operational risk signals.
- Help structure lender-facing transaction evidence.
- Translate underwriting and risk requirements into product logic and structured data.
- Evaluate how transaction histories and evidence could improve financing decisions.
- Explore future financing workflows and lender integrations.
- Engage lenders to validate whether Nimbyl-generated evidence is useful in real underwriting.
- Support trade-finance partnerships and commercial models.
- Help identify potential fraud, duplication and transaction-risk patterns.
