Built for the way
physical trade actually works.
An AI-native workspace for understanding, executing and proving physical trades.
Physical trade moves the world. The systems behind it are still fragmented.
Every trade depends on decisions, documents, counterparties and timing, yet that work still lives across inboxes, WhatsApp, spreadsheets and disconnected systems. The problem is not a lack of software; it is that intelligence, decisions and execution rarely live together.
Every trade should have one connected system: understand what is happening, act with confidence, prove what happened.
Make physical trade
easier to understand,
execute and trust.
Nimbyl connects market intelligence, decisions, documents and transaction activity around every trade, turning fragmented information into better decisions and trusted evidence.
Five principles we build against.
Documents, decisions, counterparties and execution connect around the transaction, not separate tools.
More data is not enough. Teams need to know what matters and what to do next.
Real goods and real money demand accuracy, provenance and evidence.
AI should surface risk and support decisions, not hide judgment behind automation.
Trade is complex. The software should not be.
Built close
to the trade.
We build alongside traders, manufacturers, trade operators and finance teams running real cross-border transactions, solving the problems that actually slow trades down.
Map how a trade is actually run before designing anything.
Test against genuine shipments, documents and counterparties.
Human approval before anything commits.
A note from our founder.
Large-scale technology and operations at Reliance Jio, financial services at CIBC, and the commodity ecosystem across India and the UAE.
Physical trade still runs on fragmented information, manual coordination and disconnected systems.
Before founding Nimbyl, I spent more than a decade working across large-scale technology, operations and financial services. Over the past two years, I have worked closely with traders, manufacturers, operators and finance professionals across India and the UAE on real commodity and physical-trade workflows, gaining first-hand exposure to how trades are evaluated, coordinated, documented and financed.
These experiences shaped Nimbyl, a platform built to connect market intelligence, transaction workflows, documents and evidence around the trade itself.
Our goal is simple: make physical trade easier to understand, execute and trust.
